Cue ABA clinic plans

1. Your voluntary plan selection

These terms are the pricing and billing selection for the public monthly or yearly clinic plan. They apply only when an authorized clinic owner or billing administrator chooses this plan and confirms payment. They govern this plan's pricing, active-kiddo definition, prorations and cancellation alongside Cue's Terms of Service and your regional data agreement. Existing customers are not enrolled or charged automatically; separately agreed order forms and legacy plans remain unchanged.

Your first payment covers the starting number of kiddos you select in checkout, including the first five and any additional spaces reserved for kiddos you plan to add. That selected quantity remains billable for the first 28 days, including any spaces you have not filled. The checkout shows the exact total before you pay. After the first 28 days, clinical activity determines billable quantity as described below.

2. Yearly prepayment

Yearly billing costs US $249.90 per billable kiddo per year before applicable tax, or EU €250 per billable kiddo per year with applicable VAT included. This is two months free compared with twelve monthly payments. Six kiddos cost US $1,499.40 or EU €1,500 upfront. The subscription renews annually unless canceled. After the initial 28-day starting commitment, activity-based changes are prorated over the remaining prepaid year. Stripe settles pending additions and service credits monthly on a schedule shown in your billing account, rather than waiting until annual renewal. Unused prepaid time generates non-cash service credit; it does not automatically produce a cash refund. Mandatory refund rights remain unaffected.

3. In-app plans (App Store and Google Play)

You can pay in one of two ways and choose whichever is easier. On the web, the clinic plan above bills per active kiddo through Stripe. In the Cue iOS and Android apps, plans are sold through the App Store or Google Play in fixed batches starting at 6 active kiddos, because those stores only sell fixed plans. Larger clinics subscribe on the web. An in-app plan includes the same features as the web paid plan. In-app plans cost more than the web plan, because Apple and Google charge a fee on app purchases. In-app prices are shown in the store before you buy.

An in-app plan is a monthly subscription between you and Apple or Google, billed, renewed, cancelled and refunded under that store's terms and managed in your device's subscription settings. Cue unlocks a batch only after Apple or Google confirms the purchase for your clinic. While it is active, your clinic may have up to the batch's number of active kiddos; adding more requires a larger batch. When an in-app plan ends, your clinic returns to the free limit for new kiddos, and existing kiddos and clinical records remain available. A clinic pays one way at a time: to switch to web billing, cancel the in-app plan first. It stays active until the end of its paid period.

4. One free plan and one paid plan

Cue has one free plan and one paid plan. There are no other tiers. The free plan includes core clinic tools, billing up to preparation, a billing report the clinic can export for its own billing team, payments entered by hand or read from uploaded files and authorization letters, and basic Note QA. Claims on the free plan are sent by the clinic, outside Cue. The paid plan automates billing and includes full Note QA.

US clinics on the paid plan may add direct billing for US $29.99 per month before applicable tax. It lets the clinic fix and send claims to payers from Cue through Cue's billing connections, and includes billing metrics. It is a flat monthly charge, not per kiddo, billed alongside the clinic plan and cancellable at any time, effective at the end of the paid month. Payers decide claims; direct billing does not guarantee payment.

5. Note QA

New free clinics receive an introductory Note QA trial for five calendar months from signup. It starts automatically, requires no card and never starts a paid subscription. After the trial, free clinics keep basic Note QA. Full Note QA is available while a verified paid clinic subscription has six or more billable kiddos, or while an in-app plan is active. Existing clinic agreements and previously included access remain unchanged. Clinical records, note writing and session closeout remain available when the trial ends or paid feature access stops. The trial does not restart when staff or kiddos are added or removed.

Note QA checks documentation against recorded evidence, supports designated reviewer feedback and highlights recurring documentation gaps. Automated checks are advisory and do not guarantee clinical accuracy, compliance or claim payment. Supported payer-specific checks apply to US documentation; availability depends on region and reviewer permissions.

6. Pricing and clinical activity

The public monthly clinic plan (2026-10-public) starts free with up to five active kiddos; discharged, inactive, paused, waitlisted and on-hold records do not count. Before adding a sixth active kiddo, the clinic owner or billing administrator confirms a Stripe subscription for every starting kiddo, including the first five: US $24.99 per kiddo per month, or EU €25 per kiddo per month including VAT where applicable. The first payment for six is US $149.94 before applicable sales tax, or EU €150 including applicable VAT. The initial starting roster is billable for 28 days. After that, a kiddo is billable while active on the roster and having a completed session or saved clinical data within the preceding 28 days. Scheduled sessions and authorizations alone do not count. Five or fewer billable kiddos costs zero. Additions and inactivity generate prorated charges or service credits on subsequent invoices. Service credits are non-cash, non-transferable and non-refundable except where mandatory law requires otherwise, and expire when the paid subscription ends. Choose monthly or yearly billing. Yearly costs $249.90 per kiddo in the US, or €250 including applicable VAT in the EU, paid upfront: two months free compared with monthly payments. Six kiddos cost $1,499.40 or €1,500 upfront. Renews yearly; cancel renewal anytime. Activity changes are prorated over the remaining year and settled monthly. Unused prepaid time becomes non-cash service credit, not a cash refund, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Existing order forms and legacy annual plans keep their agreed terms. New free clinics receive Note QA for five calendar months from signup, with no card and no automatic charge. After the trial, free clinics keep basic Note QA; full Note QA requires a verified paid plan with six or more billable kiddos. Your notes and session closeout remain available. Existing agreements are unchanged.

7. Cancellation, credits and access

Monthly billing has no long-term commitment. You can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing or by writing to support@cueaba.com, and your subscription will not renew. Charges already incurred, including prorated additions, remain payable.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid monthly or yearly billing period. Service credits do not become cash refunds. Applicable mandatory refund rights remain unaffected. If a renewal payment fails, you have 15 days to resolve it before adding further kiddos is paused. Your existing clinical records remain available. Cue sends no clinical content or child names to Stripe; Stripe receives the clinic billing details and aggregate subscription quantity.

Публичный месячный план (2026-10-public) бесплатен для пяти активных детей включительно; выписанные, неактивные, приостановленные, ожидающие в листе ожидания и отложенные записи не учитываются.
